Any local trends you’re seeing in Indianapolis?
Within our territory, we are witnessing some notable local trends that are shaping the community in positive ways. One significant development is the establishment of major shipping hubs such as FedEx, Amazon, and UPS. These hubs have brought an influx of high-paying warehouse jobs to the area, creating employment opportunities and boosting the local economy. The presence of these prominent companies not only provides stability and growth but also indicates the region’s attractiveness as a hub for logistics and distribution. This trend has sparked revitalization efforts, attracting more people to move into the area seeking employment and a thriving community.
How are current market conditions impacting Indiana?
Indiana is currently facing an inventory shortage, especially in the real estate market. The high demand for housing has outpaced the available supply, resulting in intense competition for homebuyers. Bidding wars and rising home prices have become common, favoring sellers and making it difficult for buyers to find affordable properties. This shortage has also impacted the rental market, leading to increased competition and higher rental prices.

What’s the one thing you are most proud of?
The one thing I am most proud of is being the COO of the largest automotive group In Indiana. I am also extremely proud of buying the Indianapolis New Again Houses franchise—and I’m very excited to see where this opportunity takes me!

One of the most memorable projects I’ve had the opportunity to work on is the renovation of the historic home located at 3609 Winthrop Ave. This project holds a special place in my heart due to the unique blend of preserving its historical significance while incorporating modern upgrades. Witnessing the transformation from a neglected state to a revitalized masterpiece was truly rewarding. Working on this historic home at 3609 Winthrop Ave allowed me to play a part in preserving the past while creating a beautiful living space for future generations to enjoy.
